Reporting Absence

You must telephone school to report your child absent, you can do this by selecting option 1 where you can leave a message.

To book your child:

• We strongly recommend creating an account when you first log in. This saves your child’s details, making future bookings faster and more straightforward.
• Complete the key information about your child, including emergency contacts, medical information, and any additional needs. Keeping this up to date helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and care.
• Once your account is set up, select the sessions (single or block book) you wish to book, review your details, and confirm your booking. You’ll receive an instant confirmation for every session booked. You can now spread the cost of larger and more expensive bookings...
• For future bookings, simply log in to your account—your child’s details will already be saved, making the process quick and easy.

We have attached some useful 'How to Guides' to help you register and book your activities, however, the process is very straight forward and will not likely need the 'How to Guides' attached.
