In Birchgrove Primary School we encourage children to be ethically informed citizens of Wales and the world. We aim to empower and inspire children, staff and the wider community to make positive environmental changes in school and out.

What we do:

• Children are taught about environmental issues through our school curriculum.
• Eco Council meet to complete eco activities and monitor aspects such as energy use, recycling and the environment.
• Eco celebrations – When a year group has accomplished something positive, they celebrate and share their success with the school in an assembly.
